How it Works
UltraGold is an organic wastewater treatment containing a selected blend of naturally occurring bacterial cultures and enzymes.
First a natural substance in UltraGold softens the build-up of organic waste, then enzymes breakdown the waste into smaller particles which are more easily moved by water. The beneficial bacteria in UltraGold quickly multiply and digest the waste reducing sludge and odours, improving water quality and leaving your system clean, free flowing and smelling fresh.
Conditions that affect the performance of UltraGold
Excessive toxins entering the wastewater (bleaches, caustic soda, sanitisers and chemical cleaning products) which will kill and damage the friendly bacteria in UltraGold.
Holding time. Organic degradation takes time to work – it is preferable if the wastewater is held for a time in an effluent pond, settling tank, aeration or septic tank.
